For small sessions (under 5 people):

$150 for 60mins
$200 for 90 mins
$250 for 120 min
Half-day and full-day rates available.

We recommend 90 minutes as a minimum for most sessions. The property spans nearly 5 acres with multiple areas to explore, and features like the rowboat can take around 15–20 minutes for getting in, positioning on the pond, and moving between spots, so extra time helps keep the session relaxed and unhurried.
